Shaurya, a 9 yrs. old talented, brilliant school going boy, is suffering from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (a type of blood cancer). He has to undergo Chemotherapy as advised by doctor to get totally cured. The period of the treatment is about 2½ years. The approx. cost of his medical treatment would be ` 4 lakhs. His father expired and his mother is the sole bread earner, doing some odd housekeeping jobs. Being the single parent, she has to manage the affairs single handedly and has no other means of support. She has no money for her child's treatment and is running from pillar to post to collect funds. She has approached CARF for help to save her child who is her only future. We appeal to all you kind hearted people to donate generously and help Shaurya get cured so that he can continue his studies and one day be a helping hand to his mother.
