There was a time when our family was our sanctuary, and every day was a blessing. In the warmth of our family, four hearts beat as one. My wife, our two children, and I, together, created a world filled with love, laughter, and dreams. We painted memories across parks, schools, and laughter-filled places, my children's joy lighting up every moment. In the tapestry of life, there are moments that redefine our purpose and test the limits of our strength. For me, that moment arrived when my precious son, Rajveer, constantly fell sick with severe stomach pain, indigestion and vomiting, later followed by a lymph node on his stomach. As advised by our doctor, we underwent the Sonography & CT scan followed by other medical tests, his diagnosis left us in terrific shock, as it revealed a rare and aggressive form of cancer namely –“Embroyonal Rhabdomyosarcoma”.
My son Rajveer is not only a name; he is a beacon of joy, a symbol of resilience, and a source of hope for all who know him. At just six years of his age, his dreams are still budding, his aspirations are yet to flourish, but this diagnosis threatens to snatch it all away. We have exhausted all our savings and borrowed funds in his treatment so far. Currently, we find ourselves falling short in the face of this monumental challenge to continue his treatment, worth
Rs. 4.50 lakhs approx. As a father from the depth of my heart, it shatters me to see my son in pain and discomfort. During these trying times, I have no option other than seeking your kindness and compassion. Please consider my fervent plea and support us through Cancer Aid & Research Foundation (CARF) in our fight to save my son Rajveer. May your kindness return to you in ways beyond measure!
- Mr. Ajay Pawar, Father of Rajveer
