Resposiblity
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
  • Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
  • Finalize the Audit and its Compliance.
  • Attending the Hearing at Charity Comm/Income Tax/ Tribunal/Highcourt & its documents preparation.
  • Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
  • Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.

Resposiblity
  • Cheque Deposits / Bank Entries / Receipts generation from software.
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Bank Reconcilation.
  • Preparation of Thanks Letter for Donor's.
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Assist with other accounting projects.

  • Recruiting new donors through permissions, institutions and malls as and when identified by the organization.
  • Documenting and reporting results to the line manager.
  • Update self with all information and trainings, work guidelines, principles, policies and campaigns.
  • Responsible for handling materials and forms and providing daily reports to the Team Leader.
  • Achieving the set donors & income budgets every month.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the team leader.
  • Support the organization in the development of fundraising and communications strategy and action plans.
  • Support in implementation of the fundraising strategy for Direct Marketing and Telemarketing.
  • Executing and implementing techniques to gather more support from the donors.
  • Work on retention and acquisition of new donors.
  • Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals etc. Or events.
