 Responsibility 
  • To monitor Public opinion regarding Foundation or particular issues.
  • To develop and implement communication strategies for foundation and Advise management on communication issues and strategies.
  • To Plan Public and Patient relations programme, including the preparation of cost budgets.
  • Liaise with all departments and work towards the better working of the foundation.
  • To present arguments on behalf of foundation to government Authorities/Income Tax Authorities, other Foundations and special interest groups.
  • To respond to enquiries from the public, media and other foundation.
  • To arrange interviews with journalists, prepare and distribute media release, and liaise with and make statements to the media.
  • To write, edit and arrange production of newsletters, in house magazines,Pamphlets and brochures.
  • To assist with preparing documents such as annual reports, and submissions.
  • To organize special / Annual/ Fundraising events such as open days, visits, Exhibitions and functions.
  • To insure that Foundation’s reputation is maintained.
  • Should have good creative knowledge about designing & printing.
  • To organize and manage events, exhibitions, conferences.
  • To procure sponsorship time to time from corporate / Donors etc.
  • Conducting research on fundraising opportunities.
  • Build a new team and manage the team.
  • Dedicate targets and handle team responsibilities.
  • Work with the teams to identify and negotiate donor relationships, across major donors, trusts and foundations, corporate, institutional funders.
  • Writing, submitting, and uploading press releases as required.
  • Writing funding proposals and submitting these to potential donors.
  • Preparing quarterly budgets.
  • Coming up with ingenious ways to raise awareness.
  • Implementing a variety of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns on all social media channels.
  • Organizing and attending non-profit events and networking with relevant stakeholders.
  • Establishing good relationships with staff, members of the public, and the media.
  • Weekly meet with HODs for routine things and upcoming events for the Foundation and accordingly report to GM and CEO
  • Daily reporting to GM and CEO.
  • Any other work allotted by GM and CEO.
  • MIS reporting to GM and CEO.
  • Overall should be an all-rounder who can take up multiple responsibilities.
  • Liasoning Officer may have to work in the evening or on Weekends, and may be required to travel for Foundation Work.
