Story of a poor farmer's 8 years son. Master Prithviraj is suffering from "Relapsed Medulloblastoma" (a type of cancer). This is a deadly condition where in major part of brain gets damaged. This type of cancer is basically seen in early childhood. If not treated on time can cause death of the poor child. The survival rate depends on how well the child is responding to the treatments. Master Prithviraj need to undergo 6-7 Chemotherapy cycles. His approx. treatment period will last for around 3 to 4 months, where his total cost of the treatment is Rs 2 lacs which is huge burden for his poor family. Master Prithviraj's father is poor farmer by profession with a monthly income of 3700/-. His father had approached CARF for financial help.
