The most painful thing one has to face in life is when his only son is bed ridden and is struggling to survive and you have no ways to comfort him. 2 years back Master Suraj was a regular school going child who aspired to play cricket professionally. All this aspirations came to a standstill when 1.5 years back he was suffering with stomach pain and fever. We took him to doctor and various tests were done and medicines were given and still his situation was not improving. We took him to a bigger hospital and detailed tests were done and we got the shock of our life when doctors told he is suffering from T Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (Type of blood cancer). Blood cancer word completely shook us and we were told that our son requires Bone Marrow Transplant to recover completely and it would cost Rs.21 lakhs. We were completely heartbroken hearing about it but somehow managed to start with the treatment. Everything went haywire when lockdown was initiated and Suraj’s treatment was postponed. Now we have finally managed to get his treatment on track and are in need of immediate funds for his surgery. I am a farmer so arranging such a huge amount is beyond my limit. Our doctor suggested us to visit CARF and it has been the most comforting situation I have faced in 2 years time. CARF has taken over the responsibility and are trying their best to help me save my son. We request all the kind hearted donors to come ahead and help to save my son’s life.
