“My name is Suraj and I am hopeful that these entire efforts will give my 4-years-old daughter - Dhiyaana needed treatment and a speedy recovery. From the past one year, we have been continuously running around hospitals for her treatment. It was in the month of April 2021, initially we noticed green spots on her legs with swelling on the stomach. Then, she began falling sick frequently with high fever, weakness, body pain, loss of appetite and unexplained weight loss. On consulting our family physician, we followed the anti-biotic treatment, but as of such there was no improvement, rather it worsened her health. So, were suggested for the blood tests in which it was reported of increased WBC count and low haemoglobin. Hence we rushed her to the hospital, thereafter with couple of medical investigations; she is diagnosed of “Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (a type of blood cancer).” Currently my daughter is undergoing her treatment which requires a massive amount of Rs.10 Lakhs approx. Basically we hail from Amravati. By profession, I am self-employed in a small bakery which is on rental basis. Currently, due to Dhiyaana’s treatment and hospitalization, we are staying in Mumbai at a Dharamshala. Now I am completely helpless and have no income. I have spent all my life savings on Dhiyaana’s treatment so far and I am left with no resources to fund the rest of her medical procedure. My daughter is a sweet little princess and she shouldn’t be at the receiving end of such a fatal disease. She is struggling with life every day. The fear of losing our only child escalates us with every passing day. Our lack of funds is the only barrier in the way of our child’s recovery. I request you to kindly contribute towards the treatment and support us. Every bit of your contribution is important.
