CAN YOU HELP TO SAVE HIS/HER LIFE ?

“Karthik would always spend his time at home playing and feeding the buffaloes. He used to be so happy and full of life,” recalls Ashok as he looks at his son who looks weak and tired because of the dreadful cancer that has taken over his childhood. When Karthik asks his father for how much longer he needs to take painful needles every day, Ashok would console him saying that it will be over soon. But deep inside Ashok constantly fears that he will lose his son if he doesn’t continue his treatment.Karthik is just 3 years old, but he’s already been through so much pain and suffering. He needs radiotherapy, chemotherapy which is the only way for him to recover from this fatal disease but I have exhausted all my funds and need help to save my son’s life. As I am a poor farmer I do not have so much money to bear the treatment cost of Rs.7 Lakhs. I have to take care of my family of 15 people.Being the youngest in the family karthik was always pampered and he used to always play around in our farm. One day he fainted while playing and started vomiting regularly. As we consulted our family doctor he asked to do some tests. After further tests it was confirmed that karthik was suffering from Pre- B cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (a type of blood cancer). We have spent every rupee for his treatment. For the past few months, my son has known nothing but pain. It's really horrifying and tough for me to see my son go through this. But the doctors said that he’s making progress and needs to continue his treatment to get better but I have barely anything left to continue his treatment.Kindly donate generously and support us to provide proper treatment for my son to save his life from this dreaded disease.”
