I, Dhirendra, plead to you today with a heavy heart, seeking your support and generosity in helping me to save the life of my son – Master Aman. Parenthood is a thrilling blessing that fills our hearts with joy. Watching our children grow each milestone becomes a treasure for us. Our elder son Aman's vibrant spirit and zest for life have always brought joy to our family. He always spoke and dreamt of a bright future, filled with laughter, love, and endless possibilities. Sadly, now his life has taken an unexpected turn, snatching away the beauty we yearned to discern. He is struggling to live each day, instead of fulfilling his dreams. During August’2021, Aman started exhibiting certain unusual symptoms and frequently complained of tiredness and uneasiness. Despite of undergoing the prescribed treatment from our regular doctor did not impact his health. We were concerned and rushed him to a hospital desperately seeking better treatment, where we were asked to do blood test, thereafter ruling out certain changes, BMT test was done. His diagnosis revealed a rare type of blood cancer - "B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia". We are now faced with the daunting challenge of affording the necessary Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) treatment worth Rs. 32 lakhs approx, which is his only hope for survival. This life-saving procedure, along with the required pre-and post-operative care, is incredibly expensive, far beyond what we can afford.In this time of desperation, we turn to you requesting your kindness and compassion, which can give our son a second chance at life, allowing him to chase his dreams, experience the joys of youth, and grow into the remarkable individual we know he can be.We humbly request your support through Cancer Aid & Research Foundation (CARF) in giving us the strength and hope to go through this arduous journey.
